Yes: your data is protected by design. We use 256-bit encryption for all data in transit and at rest, follow GDPR standards, and store everything on Google Cloud infrastructure (Google’s cloud is independently certified to SOC 2 and ISO 27001; we publish our own security posture at gethireable.com/trust). Your CV and personal information are never sold, never used to train models, and never shared beyond the service providers who run Hireable for us, published at gethireable.com/subprocessors.

Yes. Cancel with one click from your account settings. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no lock-ins.

Yes. Sign up free and get core features including CV building and honest scoring. No credit card required, and if the free plan is all you need, stay on it.

Yes: upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference, so you only ever pay for what you use. Cancellations are different: you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Monthly or quarterly billing via Stripe. Quarterly plans save you up to 17%. All payments are securely processed and you’ll receive receipts by email automatically.

Your invoices are available any time from the billing portal in your account settings. If you need a VAT invoice showing your company name, VAT number, or billing address, email support@gethireable.com and we’ll issue one.

Go to Settings in your dashboard, then Account. You can update your email address there. You’ll need to verify the new address before the change takes effect.
